Grilled Chicken Legs Recipe
These grilled chicken legs are great on the BBQ or grilled in the oven.
12 large chicken legs
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
salt and pepper
In medium saucepan, heat soy sauce and sugar and stir together until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil.
Pour into large pan and add chicken.
Marinade in fridge for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
BBQ or grill in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly.
