This grilled shrimp has a tangy lime marinade and tastes fantastic with salad.
The shrimp need to marinate first for 10 minutes so we'll start with the sauce.
In a bowl, stir together the oil, lime zest and juice,minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp and stir all together coating evenly.
Let the mixture marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Spear the shrimp onto metal skewers and reserve the marinade.
Place skewered shrimp on the grill over medium heat.
Cook for 3-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Turn the shrimp once and brush occasionally with the extra marinade.
These shrimp are fantastic with a salad.
