Grilled Turkey Breasts Recipe

This grilled turkey breast recipe should be planned a day in advance of cooking as the flavor of the marinade needs several hours to fully penetrate the meat.

Ingredients

Serves 4

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
4 turkey breasts (4 oz each)

Directions

To make the marinade, use a medium sized bowl and stir together the vinegar, garlic, mustard, honey, brown sugar and pepper.

Whisk in the olive oil and combine thoroughly.

Use a shallow dish, the size that will hold the 4 turkey cutlets.

Place the cutlets into the dish and pour the marinade over.

Cover with plastic wrap and place int the refrigerator for several hours or overnight for the best flavor.

Preheat the grill or oven broiler.

If doing on the grill, place directly on.

If doing in the oven, place onto a roasting rack beneath the broiler.

Turn the breasts frequently to prevent burning and for about 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is fully cooked through.
