Guacamole. Filling, good for your health and always delicious.
Juice of half a lime
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp sour cream
1/4 of a small red onion, finely chopped
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the avocado into a bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over the avocado and using a fork mash the avocado.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve with organic corn tortillas.
