Healthy Smoothie Recipe

A healthy smoothie made from several fruits. A great start to a day
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 fresh pineapple, chopped
1/3 cup Udos oil or flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 cup almond milk * you can substitute orange juice
*Hint Chop and freeze banana ahead of time .
Store in a sealed container.
When you make your smoothie it will have a nice thick texture and be nice and cold if you use frozen bananas.
Mix together all the ingredients in blender and mix until nice and smooth.
This calcium rich smoothie is good for its bone building properties.
If putting spinach & udo or flax oil does not appeal to you, make it without and itll be a fantastic fruit smoothie instead.
