Herbed Turkey Mushroom Soup Recipe by Fresh Herbs

Ingredients

1 pound roasted turkey meat, light and dark
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
1 small yellow onion, diced
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
olive oil, for skillet
1 large can (26 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
26 ounces milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups cooked rice (wild, brown, or white)
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon freshly-ground black pepper
