Homemade Yogurt Recipe

This homemade yogurt recipe that anyone can do with just 2 ingredients.

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups whole milk
2 cups plain yogurt (with active live cultures)

(Makes about 6 cups)

Directions

Pour milk into a heavy bottom put and bring it to a boil.

Turn of heat and let milk cool for 45 minutes.

Bring milk to a boil in a thick bottomed pot.

Whisk in the yogurt.

Cover and leave at room temperature for 6-8 hours.

Place in the fridge to chill.

This will keep for 1 week in the fridge.
