Ingredients
6 TBS (3/4 stick) unsalted butter2/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
2 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup whole milk
1 TBS vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups coffee, at room temperature
