Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl.
Heat a skillet on medium - high heat and grease with butter. Pour whisked eggs into pre-heated skillet, continual stir eggs with a spatula until they have thickened and there is no more liquid eggs.
Turn off the heat when they are almost perfect, don't overcook. The heat from the pan will finish up the cooking.
