Make this chicken kebab sandwich recipe either over a grill or in a broiling pan in the oven. This would be a great meal to prepare when you have friends over.
Preheat broiler or grill to high heat.
In large bowl, stir chicken together with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add garlic, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and paprika.
Cover and place in fridge fridge for 3 hours.
Thread chicken onto skewers and place on broiling pan or grill.
Baste with melted butter and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning half way through.
Serve on crusty sub buns with yogurt and cilantro.
