Zabaglione filling:
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Cake:
3 layers sponge cake (Pan Di Spagna)
10 meringues for garnish
1 cup confectioners' sugar
