A yummy recipe for lemon jelly cake. This sweet and sour dessert is great served with whipped cream.
Prepare gelatin as to package directions.
Arrange sliced lemons into a 3-4 cup capacity mold.
Pour jello gently over the lemons, tap to make sure no air bubbles are trapped under the lemons.
Refrigerate until set. Just before serving, unmold onto a serving plate, by dipping mold into hot water for 1-2 minutes to loosen.
