Ingredients
4 Russet Potatoes7 Slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled, and reserve a quarter of it for garnish on top
1/2 Cup minced green onion, reserve some for garnish
1 Cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, reserve some for garnish
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup mayo
1 Tbs White vinegar
2 Tbs Dry ranch mix
Salt and Pepper to taste
