Luscious Berry Smoothie Recipe

Creamy and always satisfying.
1/2 cup of mixed strawberries and blueberries (leave a couple out for garnish)
1/2 cup raspberryes (leave a couple out for garnish)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup organic plain rice or almond milk
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well to combine.
Pour into a tall glass with some ice cubes for a great start to your day!
