Marshmallow Swirl Brownies Recipe

A Marshmallow Swirl Brownie recipe that the kids will love

Ingredients

Makes (1) 8x8 inch pan

2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow creme

Directions

Brownie

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and set aside.

In a double boiler or a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate and butter and melt to combine, whisking frequently to ensure chocolate does not burn or separate from butter.

Once the chocolate is completely melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, whisking to blend after each addition. Add vanilla, flour and salt. Stir until just combined.

Stir in the white chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Put dollops of marshmallow cream over the top and swirl in the

marshmallow creme, make figure 8 patterns into the batter.

Place into the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.

Remove to a cooling rack and let cool before eating.
