5 lbs. potatoes

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
enough milk to make consistency desired

Directions

Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes.

Drain water and return potatoes to the pot.

Mash the potatoes until there are not lumps.

Use an electric mixer to beat in the butter, cream cheese, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Add just enough milk to make the potatoes the desired creamy consistency. Add only a small amount at a time.

Taste, and adjust seasonings to taste.

Place and potato mixture into an oven proof dish, cover with aluminum foil and place into the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until they are heated through.
