This melon salad recipe, is just a beautiful assortment of fresh fruits in a canteloupe bowl. Healthy and appetizing!
Either eye ball or use a non-toxic marker, to draw a zigzag pattern around the center of the cantaloupe.
Cut deeply into the melon along the pattern.
Separate the halves and seed.
Use a melon baller to scoop the some of the flesh from the bottom part of the cantaloupe and make into balls.
Set aside.
Fill the cantaloupe bowls with fruit, putting the melon balls onto the bottom and arranging the res of the fruit on top.
