Mocha Buttercream Frosting Recipe
This mocha buttercream frosting recipe can be used on cupcakes, cakes or however you are feeling creative. It is creamy and easy to make.
Ingredients
2 cups butter, softened3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 Tablespoons instant coffee
Directions
In large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until creamy.
Add cocoa powder, vanilla and instant coffee and mix well, about 2-3 minutes.
