No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

A creamy smooth no bake peanut butter pie recipe made on a delicious pecan crust.

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter (Choose a natural organic peanut butter for the best flavor)
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Pecan Crust
2 1/2 cups ground pecans GF Version - (Note: If you do not have pecans, use walnuts, or graham crackers for non gluten free version)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Directions

Prepare your pecan pie crust:

Stir together ground nuts, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix in melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch, deep-dish style, pie pan. Chill the unbaked crust in the refrigerator for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Place pie crust on a cookie sheet, and position on the middle rack of a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

WATCH your crust carefully, as nut crusts burn easily. Cool completely before filling.

Prepare your filling:

Beat together the cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Add in peanut butter and milk and beat until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon into your pie crust and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Top with whipped cream if desired.
