This orange chicken sauce recipe is delicious served topped with sesame seeds over rice.
For the marinade, In a large bowl mix together mustard, orange juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and onion powder.
Add in chicken pieces, stir to coat evenly.
Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
For the sauce, In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and orange juice.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, lightly grease a 9x13 dish.
Place the chicken with marinade in one layer in baking dish.
Roast for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce in pan.
Chicken should be no longer pink inside and sauce will be thick.
Place in a serving dish with sauce to serve.
