Orange Honey Bundt Cake Recipe

A sweet and flavorful recipe for honey orange bundt cake. Delicious enjoyed with a hot tea.

Ingredients

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey, to serve

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour your bundt pan.

Sift together flour, milk powder, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl.

Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add in oil and eggs one at a time.

Mix in honey.

Alternate adding in juice and flour mixture until just combined.

Scrape the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.

Cool the cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Cool completely.

Drizzle honey over each slice to serve.
