Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. have ready a 8 inch springform pan.
In a large mixer bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar . Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in chopped cookies. Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate atleast 4 hours.
Before serving top with whipped cream and smooth flat.
