This oven baked buffalo wing recipe is messy finger, delicious eating! You'll need a finger bowl for these wings!
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Evenly spread the chicken wings in single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chill powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle half of the seasoning over the chicken wings on the baking sheet.
Transfer baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle over the remaining seasoning.
Transfer back to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven, and cool for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan set over medium heat, combine butter and hot sauce. Heat until butter is melted.
Transfer wings to a serving bowl and pour over the melted butter. Toss to evenly coat the wings.
Serve immediately.
