Ingredients

3-4 lbs pork ribs
1-2 onions, thinly sliced

SAUCE
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2-4 teaspoons chili powder
3/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic (more ore less to taste)
1/2 teaspoon pepper corns

(4 servings)

Directions

Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.

Using a large pot, place the ribs in, cover with water and bring the water to a boil.

Prepare the sauce by stirring together the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili power, water, garlic and pepper corns.

Pour the sauce over the ribs, turning the meat a couple times to fully coat.
