This pasta cheese casserole is super easy to make and one the kids will like.
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar and parmesan cheeses. Set aside.
Once the pasta is cooked, rinse with cold water to remove extra starch.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Evenly layer 1/2 of the pasta in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Pour over 2 cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce.
Next layer half of the cheese mixture over the casserole.
Repeat the layering with the remaining pasta and sauce, finishing with a layer of the remaining cheese.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes evenly over the top of the casserole.
Transferred to the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until cheese is golden.
Serve hot.
