Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup light molasses
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup bourbon (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
1/16 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup roasted pecans, chopped (Toast them quickly in a pan over medium-high heat)
