Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe
This creamy pineapple cheese ball recipe make a great appetizer
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cups toasted pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Drain the juice from the canned pineapple. (As it does not get used in the recipe, you can drink the juice)
Mix together all ingredients except the chopped pecans.
Knead mixture until smooth. Shape into one large ball. (or you can make 2 smaller ones if you like)
Cover and chill until firm. When firm, roll the ball in the chopped pecans.
Serve on a platter with crackers.
