Raw Broccoli Salad Recipe

This raw broccoli salad recipe is a healthy food choice and we offer a tasty salad dressing recipe to serve with the salad.

Ingredients

6 cups organic broccoli, washed and cut into pieces
2 cups celery, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes
3-5 radishes, washed and sliced thin
1 carrot, washed and cut into julienne sticks

Dressing
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey

(Serves 4)

Directions

For the Salad

Wash and prepare all the vegetables by chopping accordingly, into bite sized pieces.

Place in a medium sized serving bowl.

For the Dressing

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid.

Taste dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Pour desired amount of dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
