Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 links of Turkey Sausage, casing removed
1 cup Low fat Ricotta
1/4 cup pecorino Romano (grated)
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 Egg
2 Egg Whites
10-12 cups Tomato Sauce of your Choosing
