Ingredients
For the brownies:1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 c. flour
Makes approx. 36 of your favorite bite-sized salted caramels
For the buttercream:
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
15-20 caramels
2 T. heavy cream
2 c. powdered sugar
kosher salt
