Shortbread:1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened and cut up
1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange zest
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon salt
Orange Curd Filling:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
