Cook rice according to instructions.
Heat a large saucepan over medium-high.
Add butter and onion and jalepeno slices and saute until onion is transluscent.
Add ground beef and cook, stirring often, until the meat is no longer pink.
Add quartered mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Add broccocli and red pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Serve on top of rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
Note: If you do not like spicy, remove the jalepenos before eating.
