Spring Rolls Recipe

Ever wondered how to make your own spring rolls? This is a great and easy recipe to teach you.
1/2 lb cooked chicken
1/2 lb cooked small shrimp
1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
1 2 cups lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 package vermicelli rice noodles
Prepare rice noodles to package directions.
To prepare rice wrappers, Dip into hot water for 1-3 seconds, lay flat on a work surface.
On one edge, lay a small handful of noodles, a small amount of meat, shrimp, cilantro, lettuce, cucumber strips and bean sprouts.
Fill to taste, but do not over fill.
Carefully roll up, tucking in the sides, not too tight or the rice paper will tear.
