Steak Kebabs With Balsamic Marinade Recipe by Chef Picky Kid and Me

Ingredients

One 3-4 pound steak - you can use any cut of meat or even individual serving steaks-the marinade will work well with any steak.
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
One tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce
One teaspoon of hot sauce (Sriracha, or any hot sauce will work)
1/4-1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper (depending on taste)

For the Kebabs
Wood or metal skewers
Vegetables of your choice; this recipe used onion and red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers
