Strawberry Crumble Recipe

This delicious strawberry crumble recipe is great served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

8 cups strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons flour

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup finely ground almonds


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, gently toss the strawberries with the granulated sugar, and flour.

Pour strawberry mixture into the prepared baking dish.

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, ground almonds and butter until crumbs form.

Distribute crumb topping evenly over strawberries.

Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
