200 gr/ 7 oz unsalted butter1 dl/ 0.4 cup sugar
1 egg
4 dl/ 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
zest of 1/4 lemon
250 gr/0.5 lb apricot jam
250 gr/0.5 lb powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
50 gr/ 1 2/3 cups dark chocolate
