For the Dough:2 Cups All-purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Warm Water, About 115 Degrees
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 1/2 Tsp Yeast
2 Tsp Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
For the Toppings:
4 to 6 Slices Sopresetta or Salami
1/2 Red Onion, Peeled and Sliced Thin
1/2 Cup Basil Pesto, Fresh or Store Bought
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced into 1/4" Rounds
2 oz Fresh Chevre, Crumbled
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste
