A very yummy recipe for tiny blueberry cheesecakes. These are great individual desserts for any party.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter or margarine, until well blended .
Spoon into bottoms of 8 small bowls.
Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
In a large bowl, Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon onto graham cracker crust and spread until smooth.
Top with blueberry preserves.
