This whipped cream mousse recipe is made with delicious fresh berries.
In a blender, combine water and gelatin.
Cover and process until gelatin is dissolved.
Blend in ice cubes until partially melted.
Add berries; process well.
whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Pour into a bowl; fold in whipped topping.
Chill for 2 hours.
garnish with cocoa powder to serve.
