White Coconut Chocolate Fudge Recipe

A chocolate layer fudge recipe with white and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons semi-sweet or bitter-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons coconut milk
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened

Directions

Melt the over a double boiler, or else in the microwave.

Reserve 1 tbsp of melted chocolate for garnish.

Mix in 2 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp of coconut milk, and 1/4 cup of sifted confectioners sugar until the chocolate is smooth.

Pour the fudge into the bottom of a non-stick 6×6 pan.

Put the pan in a refrigerator temporarily to cool the chocolate.

Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or the microwave, be careful it does not burn.

Mix in the remaining butter, coconut milk, powdered sugar, and coconut until smooth.

Take the pan out of the refrigerator and spread the white layer on evenly.

Drip a tiny bit of melted dark chocolate evenly along the tops of the bar ( for garnish)

Refrigerate the fudge for 20-30 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve.
