Classic Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• *Note the better the quality chocolate, the better this turns out
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
2. Add the chocolate and stir until smooth. Turn off the heat.
3. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place them on a tray lined with tin foil.
4. Put into the refridgerator for at least 1/2 hour to harden up the chocolate before serving.
5. You can drizzle a little dark chocolate on the white berries and white chocolate on the dark berries.
6. You can also purchase colored icing in tubes and squeeze that on.
