- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup (250 mL) beef stock
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried basil
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano

- Brush large nonstick skillet with vegetable oil; heat over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs, in batches, about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl.
