No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 box vanilla wafer cookies
• 24 ounces chocolate candy coating
• (this was made with Ghiradelli Melting Wafers)

Directions

1. Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
2. Stir until well combined,
3. Top each vanilla wafer with approximately 1 teaspoon of peanut butter mixture.
4. Refrigerate peanut butter wafers for at least an hour.
5. Prepare candy coating according to package directions.
6. Coat each peanut butter wafer with candy coating.
7. Shake off excess.
8. Allow to set up before serving.
