4 large ripe bananas1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 � cups white sugar
4 cups cake flour + 1 tablespoon for tray
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
1 cups of chopped pecans
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
� teaspoon nutmeg
1 � cup of unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
