Homemade Coffee Ice Cream Recipe

This homemade coffee ice cream recipe is so easy to do. It has only 3 ingredients you will be surprised how easy and quick it is to make.


1 cup cold freshly brewed good quality coffee
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


Combine the coffee, cream and condensed milk in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.

Once frozen, spoon the ice cream into a 4 cup freezer container and cover.

Transfer to back to the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

To serve, use an ice cream scoop to spoon ice cream into individual bowls.

Sprinkle over a few coffee beans if you want to fancy it up!

Serve immediately.
