This apple pancakes recipe is easy to make and filled with flavor.
Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Add lemon juice to milk and let sit for 2 minutes.
Mix vanilla and eggs into milk.
Toss apples with the dry mix.
Preheat a lightly greased griddle medium to medium-high.
