Applesauce Muffins Recipe by Cozycakes Cottage

Ingredients
1 stick of butter, softened1 cup of brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 & � tsps. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 cup homemade applesauce (or if you do not have homemade substitute a purchased applesauce)
Optional: Finely chopped apples
Serves 12-18
