Bacon And Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps Recipe

A Simple and delicious recipe for bacon and crab meat stuffed mushroom caps. These are a perfect little appetizer.


30 medium mushroom caps
1 small can crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup Cheese, sliced


Heat oven to 350F.

In a bowl, mix together crab meat mayo and bacon.

Wash mushrooms and take out stems. Arrange caps on a baking sheets.

Fill each mushroom cap with crabmeat mixture, Then top with a slice of cheese about the same size as the mushroom cap.

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and browned.
