This bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich is made with back bacon and is a classic favorite.
Heat sandwich grill to medium-high heat.
In large frying pan, cook bacon until browned, about 5-6 minutes, turning half way through.
Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1/2 slice Dijon mustard on each slice of bread.
Add 1/4 cup mixed lettuce to 4 pieces of bread.
Add 2 slices of tomato and 3 slices of bacon to each of these 4 pieces.
Put the remaining 4 pieces of mayonnaise-spread bread on top and grill in sandwich grill for 2-3 minutes.
