500g Potatoes2 pcs Streaky bacon
1 medium size Onion
2-3 Cheese slices
Seasoning
1 tsp Ground pepper
1/2 tsp Dried mixed herbs
1/2 tbsp Corn flour or add a little more if you find the potato mixture still a little wet
1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
